My last post from my Arizona trip! Page was unlike anything I have ever seen before! The very first photo you see is of Horseshoe Bend. It is off the beaten path, honestly, you blink twice and you will miss the tiny sign that points it out from the highway! Oh, and when I say highway, I am talking about a paved road that cuts though the Navajo Native American reservation where it is truly desert, and large rocks and sand mountains everywhere! While we were in Page, we saw the famous Antelope Canyons. The Antelope Canyons were discovered by a Navajo woman who was chasing after a stray sheep of hers. When she found her sheep, she had stumbled upon the canyons. What makes it one of the most photographed places in the world are the beams of light the sun causes when it hits the rock. The best time of the year to witness this is from April to August. It was still absolutely breathtaking at the end of October. There was one part when we were walking through that our Navajo leader warned it would get super, super dark. He warned us not to be afraid of the rattlesnakes, one usually hears them  before they fall on top of whomever happens to be walking below! It took everything of me to not freak out! We also visited Lake Powell in Page, and again, stunning. The water was so blue and the contrast of the sun hitting the rocks and sand around was just so refreshing. I wish it would have been warm enough to rent a boat and be out on the lake, however, end of October, it was pretty chilly!

I had already posted my outfits earlier on the blog, me wearing the Free People tunic here and the Poncho here. If you go to these post, you can see more of my outfit and similar options for you to shop!

I know these travel posts aren’t the typical outfit posts I usually share, but Arizona was just so beautiful I hope you enjoyed!
