I hope you are able to take the chance to relax and celebrate today with some friends and family.  It is incredible the risk so many men and women have taken and the sacrifices they have made for so many of us to have our peaceful lives. I like to think of Memorial Day is a day to remember those lost, but also as a day to honor those who are serving. I hope you are able to find time in today to celebrate this.

This is by far one of my favorite dresses I have ever worn. It is nothing crazy trendy or high fashion by any means but it is so so so comfortable and flattering. I love the crisscrossed necktie halter detail, love that it is off shoulder and love that it flairs away from the body. It was perfect for strolling through the floral covered streets of Capri and it’ll be perfect for these hot and humid days ahead here in North Carolina! The humidity is starting to get real!
