Just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! Is Christmas your favorite holiday too? It is just so magical and I love the traditions that come with it. My favorite part is when we light candles in Church and sing “Silent Night” in unison. It’s just simply beautiful and I love the feeling of a church community coming together to sing one last song before we all head home to awake to Jesus’ birth!
I wish you a Merry Christmas and may your day be filled with love and laughter celebrating the birth of Savior who came to save us all.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!

For those of you new to following, Pat is the love of my life, we are newly engaged, (see our relationship reflection post here) and we have a toy goldendoodle named Ruby, whom we end up calling “Bear” more often than not. Ruby is an energetic little pup who is fully grown at 11 pounds! You can see more information on her here & see Ruby in my past post under the drop down menu beneath “categories” (at the top of my blog). Pat and I haven’t done our engagement portraits yet, however, I thought we would get an updated family photo of the three of since Bear and I moved to Winston! I’ve shared before, recently, that I love this “Five Minute Journal”. I take five minutes each morning to write down 3 things I am grateful for, 3 things that would make today great, 2 daily affirmations, 3 amazing things that happened today and then how I could have made today even better. I can not express in words how truly grateful I am to have Pat. Each morning the first thing I think of is how grateful I am to have such a loving and patient fiancé. He is not only over-the-moon supportive of my dreams, but he is dreaming alongside of me. It’s absolutely incredible and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

Today is an unbelievable day. I am overjoyed with the presence of love being surrounded by family and friends, celebrating the birth of the King. Our Lord sent his only son to endure the worst punishment so that our sins would be forgiven and we could enter the kingdom of heaven. Today we celebrate in the birth of this incredible man who saved you and I and gave us eternal life.  I hope today brings you lots of love and excitement as you spend time with family and love ones. I wish you the merriest Christmas and may God bless you.

xx, Brittany Ann
