Fall Romper

Romper (Brand is ASTR from Nordstrom, similar here) // Tory Burch Clutch // Dolce Vita Wedges (more Fall transitional pair here)// Gold Twisted Bracelet (similar here) // Essie Nail Polish “Pool Side Service” // Filigree Earrings (from here) // Mac Lipstick “Chatterbox” //

Good morning! It still consistently has been warm temperatures in Charlotte. When we took these photos two weeks ago, there wasn’t even a slight hint of Fall yet. Flash forward these two weeks and finally we are feeling a crispness to the air in the evenings and early mornings. I grew up in the North and I prayed for 95 degree temperatures every single day. Now that I have lived in the Carolinas for the past two years, I will admit, I am looking forward in leaving summer behind. I have been wearing the same type of clothing since April. I am now ready for some long sleeves, booties, and sweaters. Despite this, I, for one, still wince when I see someone walking around in a sweater at 85 degrees. I can’t bring myself to wearing something that will make me instantly sweat! There will be plenty of chillier days ahead to bust out the fall goods!

So now you might ask, is a sleeveless romper a good purchase to make? I think the smart choice comes from understanding if it can be worn into the next season. Just add a cream or black cardigan or a leather motorcycle jacket, and switch to some booties versus wedges and you have yourself a brand spanking new outfit for Fall. I have linked some other rompers I have been loving in the below widget. My favorite is this Missguided low cut solid black tee shirt romper with the lace trim at the neckline. It’s only $43 dollars and would be super cute with some closed toe pumps with a long cardigan. It would be a perfect date night look!

Anything new with you? Would love to hear, leave me a comment!

Take care,

xx, Brittany Ann
