Thanksgiving Day Outfit Inspo

Free People Skirt // Birdies Greenfinch Smoking Slipper // Similar Crewneck Sweatshirt  // Charming Charlie Plaid Scarf // Alex & Ani ASPCA Bangle

Hello everyone! Aren’t the leaves in these photos b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l?! Fall is my favorite season!

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekends! We had a super fun weekend but it was a bit exhausting! We left here around 7pm on Friday and didn’t make it home to Pittsburgh until almost 2Am. We then left home and drove another hour and a half north to Erie for a wedding. Then we drove from Erie back home to pick up Ruby and see my family for a hot second then made the trip back to NC. It was a lot of driving and absolutely exhausting, but fun!

Is it crazy that my mind is already on Thanksgiving and Christmas? I think it’s super important to think what you will be wearing a head of time. There is nothing worst than scrambling last minute for a cute outfit, or watching something online and then have it sell out. The holidays are always a time I want to feel I look my best; you see old friends, you’re busy running from one Aunt’s house to the next, I always like to be in something comfortable but cute to get me through all of the events!

This look I am wearing here would make for a perfect Thanksgiving outfit. I love that it has a dressed up feel, yet super comfortable and practical. My crewneck sweatshirt is super old but I found similar ones here, here and here. If you aren’t loving the crewneck sweatshirt style, then perhaps you can opt for a simple v-neck sweater or even a turtleneck sweater. A long-sleeve such as this one or this one would look nice as well!  And while we are talking about the holidays, this plaid scarf from Charming Charlie’s is only $20…it would make for a great gift:-)

One more thing, my little paw print bangle- Alex and Ani will donate 20% of the purchase price of every one of these bracelets sold from May – December. They are pledging a minimum donation of $25,000 to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. How amazing is that?

Thanks for stopping by,

xx, Brittany Ann
