I took these photos while I was back in my hometown a couple
of weeks ago. Pat and I grew up in the same town, a suburban town about 25
miles north of Pittsburgh. We met when we were young because our families went
to the same church! Pat and I “loved” going to youth group and church…We really
did, however, when your fourteen and fifteen, seeing each other was a little
extra motivation to stop what we were doing and attend! Anyways, Pat and I had
a wedding the first weekend we went home, and then I was luckily enough to stay
at my parents for the week and work from home, because then the following
weekend I had another wedding in Ohio. My family came along for the second one,
my sorority
“big” sister got married to an amazing guy! Woot, woot!
So back to these photos, my mom and I had a routine of
riding bikes every night so the time we got to these photos, the sun was setting!
I actually like the glow that are casted on the photos, it’s something different,
right?!
We all know by now that off the shoulder dresses or tops are
by far one of the biggest trends this season. Add a ruffle to it and I mean,
who wouldn’t love this dress? My dress is from ASOS and unfortunately, it sold
out, however, this dress is almost identical! This dress is perfect for date
night or even a special occasion. Just add some heels and some nice jewelry and
it will really elevate the look and you will be a showstopper for sure! I
almost wore this to my first wedding I attended a couple weeks back!
